LFT's headquarters in Barcelona is a project that answers a question that's increasingly relevant in the business world: how to make the work environment empower people rather than limit them. ALMAPROJECT approached the project from the principles of wellbeing-oriented office design, creating a space that balances collaboration, focus and rest.

Design articulates the space into zones with differentiated functions: open areas that promote idea exchange and informal encounters between teams, alongside more intimate corners for focus and disconnection. Every decision — from layout to materials, from lighting to acoustics — responds to the will to create an office interior design in Barcelona that directly impacts the performance and wellbeing of those who work in it.

The result is a flexible, human workspace coherent with the company's identity. An architecture and interior design project that proves a well-designed office is not a luxury — it's a strategic tool.
