At Alma Project we are WELL AP accredited by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI). This certification recognises us as experts in the design and management of projects under the most demanding wellbeing standard in the world.

El proceso de certificación WELL
As accredited WELL APs, we act as your single point of contact throughout the entire process — from the first registration to the plaque on your wall. The process takes between 6 and 18 months, and recertification is required every 3 years.
The first step is registering the project with the IWBI. We enter the specific characteristics — location, use and surface area — to obtain the personalised scorecard. The maximum score is 110 points: 100 from optimisations and 10 from innovation.
We work with your team to define certification goals and select the most suitable optimisations. We integrate WELL criteria from the very first sketch of the project, ensuring that design and standards work hand in hand.
Once the design and execution are complete, we prepare and submit all technical documentation to the IWBI for review. We manage every requirement so the process is smooth and incident-free.
Performance Verification consists of on-site audits by authorised assessors who verify that the built space meets the standard's requirements. It's the objective proof that wellbeing has materialised in the space.
Once compliance is confirmed, the IWBI issues the WELL certificate at the corresponding level — Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum — along with the official documentation and the plaque to communicate the project. La recertificación se realiza cada 3 años.
